Last Updated: September 15, 2026
Pinnacle Business Guides (“Pinnacle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our websites, applications, meeting software, customer portals, integrations, support services, and related services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy is intended for users of our Service, including customers, administrators, meeting participants, invited users, website visitors, and business contacts.
Important Notice for Business Customer Data
Pinnacle provides software and services to business customers. In many cases, we process information on behalf of those customers, including information about their employees, contractors, meeting participants, clients, or other authorized users.
When we process information on behalf of a business customer, that customer is generally responsible for determining how the information is collected, used, retained, and shared. In those situations, Pinnacle acts as a service provider or processor, and our processing may be governed by our agreement with that customer. If you have questions about information that your employer, organization, or another Pinnacle customer has submitted to the Service, please contact that organization directly.
This distinction is also used in the competitor policies you provided, which separate their own website/service data from information processed on behalf of business customers.
